腎不全および腎移植患者の口腔内の評価と治療に関するプロトコルを紹介しています。歯科治療計画のガイドラインを概説し、抜歯と歯の保存について議論しています。また、透析、抗生物質の予防、薬物療法、免疫抑制などの特別な考慮事項についても説明しています。治療の目標は、移植後の口腔感染のリスクを最小限に抑えながら、最大限の機能を回復することです。

The protocols for oral evaluation and treatment of patients with renal failure and renal transplants are presented. Guidelines for dental treatment planning are outlined, and extraction versus conservation of teeth is discussed. Information on special considerations involving dialysis, antibiotic prophylaxis, drug therapy, and immunosuppression is provided.
