2,4-ビス(4-メトキシフェニル)-1,3-ジチオ-2,4-ジホスフェタン-2,4-ジスルフィドの反応(Lawesson's Reagent.LR)にベンジルアミン(BzNH)および4-フェニルブチルアミン(PhBuNH)を加えて、ベンジルアンモニウム-(4-メトキシフェニル)--ベンジルアミドジチオホスホネート(BzNH)(BzNH-adtp)および4-フェニルブチルアンモニウム-(4-メトキシフェニル)--(4-フェニルブチル)アミドジチオホスホネート(PhBuNH)(PhBuNH-adtp)を得ることができる。関連するニッケル錯体[Ni(BzNH-adtp)]及び[Ni(PhBuNH-adtp)]、並びに対応する加水分解誘導体(BzNH)[Ni(dtp)]及び(PhBuNH)[Ni(dtp)]を調製し、その特性を十分に評価した。これらのアミドジチオホスホン酸塩のグラム陽性及びグラム陰性病原菌に対する抗菌活性を評価し、[Ni(BzNH-adtp)]及び[Ni(PhBuNH-adtp)]は病原菌及び菌株に対して抗増殖活性を示した。
The reactions of 2,4-bis(4-methoxyphenyl)-1,3-dithio-2,4-diphosphetane-2,4-disulfide (Lawesson's Reagent, LR) with benzylamine (BzNH) and 4-phenylbutylamine (PhBuNH) yield benzylammonium -(4-methoxyphenyl)--benzyl-amidodithiophosphonate (BzNH)(BzNH-adtp) and 4-phenylbutylammonium -(4-methoxyphenyl)--(4-phenylbutyl)-amidodithiophosphonate (PhBuNH)(PhBuNH-adtp). The relevant nickel complexes [Ni(BzNH-adtp)] and [Ni(PhBuNH-adtp)] and the corresponding hydrolysed derivatives (BzNH)[Ni(dtp)] and (PhBuNH)[Ni(dtp)] were prepared and fully characterized. The antimicrobial activity of the aforementioned amidodithiophosphonates against a set of Gram-positive and Gram-negative pathogen bacteria was evaluated, and [Ni(BzNH-adtp)] and [Ni(PhBuNH-adtp)] showed antiproliferative activity towards and strains. density functional theory (DFT) calculations were performed to shed some light on the activity of reported compounds related to their tendency towards P-N bond cleavage.
