抄録

骨髄異形成症候群(MDS)患者におけるリンパ球活性化遺伝子3(LAG3)の発現を調べること。 天津医科大学血液内科で新たに診断されたMDS患者16名を2019年1月から11月までに登録した。健常対照（HC）群には、健常成人16例が含まれている。MDS患者と健常対照のCD8(+)T細胞、CD4(+)T細胞、調節性T細胞(Treg)上のLAG3の発現レベルをフローサイトメトリーで検出した。 MDS患者は男性5名、女性11名の計16名で、年齢中央値は56歳（18～80歳）であった。HC群は健常成人16名（男性8名、女性8名）で、年齢中央値は40歳（17～69歳）であった。両群間の性別、年齢構成に統計学的に有意な差はなかった（いずれも0.05）。MDS患者のCD8(+)T細胞上のLAG3発現量は、HC群（58.78％±14.82％、いずれも0.05）に比べ、MDS患者（74.45％±22.31％）の方が有意に高かった。MDS患者（64.91％±10.32％）のTreg上のLAG3発現はHC群（49.09％±13.58％、0.05）に比べて有意に高かった。CD4(+)T細胞におけるLAG3発現には、両群間で統計的な差は認められなかった。 MDS患者では、CD8(+)T細胞やTreg上のLAG3の発現が健常者よりも増加していることが示唆された。

To investigate the expression of Lymphocyte activation gene 3 (LAG3) in myelodysplastic syndromes (MDS) patients. A total of 16 MDS patients newly diagnosed in Hematology Department of Tianjin Medical University were enrolled from January to November 2019. The healthy control (HC) group includes 16 cases of healthy adults. The expression levels of LAG3 on CD8(+)T cells, CD4(+)T cells and regulatory T cells (Treg) in MDS patients and healthy controls were detected by flow cytometry. A total of 16 patients with MDS were included, including 5 males and 11 females, with a median age of 56 (18-80) years old. HC group includes 16 healthy adults, 8 men and 8 women, with a median age of 40 (17-69) years. There was no statistically significant difference in gender and age composition between the two groups (both 0.05). The expression of LAG3 on CD8(+)T cells in MDS patients (74.45%±22.31%) was significantly higher than that in HC group (58.78%±14.82%, 0.05). The LAG3 expression on Treg in MDS patients (64.91%±10.32%) were significantly higher than that of HC group (49.09%±13.58%, 0.05). There was no statistical difference in LAG3 expression on CD4(+)T cells between the two groups. The expression of LAG3 on CD8(+)T cells and Treg increases in MDS patients than that of healthy people.
