我々は、音楽、指圧、鍼治療、経皮的電気神経刺激（TENS）、視聴覚的気晴らしなどの代替医療または補完医療が、SWL中の鎮痛要求を減少させ、不安を軽減するために果たす役割を調べるために、システマティックレビューを行った。23編の論文(2439名)が含まれていた。音楽(n=10,56.6%)、鍼治療(n=5,17.7%)、指圧(n=1,3.8%)、TENS(n=6,17.2%)、視聴覚的気晴らし(n=1,4.6%)であった。ほとんどの研究では、補完療法は痛みや不安を軽減し、患者の満足度や手術を受ける意思が高いことが示されています。その実現可能性と利便性から、泌尿器科のガイドラインはそれを支持する必要があり、外来の泌尿器科手術での使用を促進するために、より多くのことが行われるべきである。

We performed a systematic review to look at the role of alternative or complementary medicine such as music, acupressure, acupuncture, transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulation (TENS) and audiovisual distractions to decrease analgesia requirement and alleviate anxiety during SWL. Twenty-three papers(2439 participants) were included: Music (n=10,56.6%), Acupuncture (n=5,17.7%), Acupressure (n=1,3.8%), TENS (n=6,17.2%) and audiovisual distraction (n=1,4.6%). Most of the studies showed that complementary therapy, lowered pain and anxiety with higher patient satisfaction and willingness to undergo the procedure. With its feasibility and convenience, urological guidelines need to endorse it, and more should be done to promote its use in outpatient urological procedures.
