抄録

テトラクロロメタンを含む製剤"Cistol"による急性中毒の3例が報告され、血液透析で治療された急性腎不全を発症した。この製剤による中毒の危険性について、医師や社会の注意が喚起されています。このような中毒の場合には、早期の血液透析が推奨される。

Three cases of acute intoxication with the preparation "Cistol", containing tetrachloro-methane were described, with the development of acute renal insufficiency, treated with hemodialysis. The attention of the physicians and the society is drawn to the risk of intoxication by that preparation. Early hemodialysis is recommended in case of such intoxications.
