Orthodontic anchorage with specific fixtures: related study analysis.

抄録

本報告の目的は、1970年から2000年の間に発表された、矯正歯科固定用インプラントの使用に関連する主要な研究を体系的にレビューすることである。文献の分析は、材料、フィクスチャーのサイズと形状、バイオメカニクス、治癒時間と荷重時間、使用する力、手術、成功の基準といった特定のトピックに分かれている。また、インプラントの議論において、これまであまり考慮されてこなかった2つのテーマ、すなわち、医師と患者の関係における心理的側面と、歯科矯正を目的としたインプラント治療の医学的・法律的意味合いについても簡単に触れている。

The purpose of this report is to systematically review the relevant major studies published between 1970 and 2000 related to the use of implants for orthodontic anchorage. Analysis of the literature is divided into specific topics: materials, size and shape of fixtures, biomechanics, healing and loading times, forces used, surgery, and criteria for success. Two subjects previously given little consideration in the discussion of implants-the psychological aspects of the doctor-patient relationship and the medical-legal implications of implantology for orthodontic purposes-are briefly addressed.
