抄録

はじめに:

低悪性度の筋線維芽細胞性肉腫は、ほとんどが頭頸部の軟部組織に発生するまれな疾患である。口腔内では、舌側病変が最も一般的である。転移よりも局所に再発する傾向がある。

INTRODUCTION: Low-grade myofibroblastic sarcoma is a rare entity, which mostly develops in the soft tissues of the head and neck. Within the oral cavity lingual lesions are the most common. It tends to recur locally rather than to metastasise.

ケースプレゼンテーション:

症例は54歳の男性で、1年前から頬水腫の既往歴がある。症例は54歳の男性で，1回の頬水腫の既往歴があり，動脈性高血圧症を合併しており，臨床検査では左下顎縦隔の肥大と網膜三角部の層状偏向を認めた．

CASE PRESENTATION: We present a 54-year-old man with a one-year history of buccal oedema. He also had arterial hypertension and clinical examination revealed distension of the left mandibular ramus with laminar deflection in the area of the retromolar triangle.

結論:

我々は、診断に困難をきたす稀な顎内封入病変を呈した。診断方法は免疫組織化学と分子学的検査であった。我々はこのタイプの腫瘍が珍しい部位であることを強調している。

CONCLUSION: We present a rare intramandibular encapsulated lesion that caused diagnostic difficulties. Our diagnostic methods included immunohistochemistry and molecular investigations. We emphasise the uncommon location of this tumour type.
