目的:

看護師による成人患者における抗悪性腫瘍剤の滲出の予防と管理に関する科学的エビデンスを特定し、総合的に検討するために

OBJECTIVES: to identify and synthesize scientific evidence on prevention and management of extravasation of antineoplastic agents in adult patients by nurses.

方法:

Joanna Briggs InstituteとPRISMA-ScRによると、スコーピングレビュー。研究は、5つの電子データベース、コクラン図書館、8つの論文・学位論文カタログで行われた。データ収集は2018年4月から7月まで行われ、期間の制限はなかった。抽出されたデータは、物語性のある方法で分析・合成された。

METHODS: scoping review, according to Joanna Briggs Institute and PRISMA-ScR. Research was conducted in five electronic databases, Cochrane Library and eight catalogs of theses and dissertations. Data collection occurred from April to July 2018, with no time limit. The extracted data were analyzed and synthesized in a narrative way.

結果:

合計3,110件の記録が検索され、18件の研究がレビューのために保管されていた。ほとんどの出版物（66.6％）は質的アプローチであり、成人患者における化学療法剤の滲出の予防と管理の両方の側面を扱っていた。

RESULTS: a total of 3,110 records were retrieved and 18 studies were kept for review. Most publications (66.6%) had a qualitative approach and addressed both aspects, i.e., prevention and management of extravasation of chemotherapy in adult patients.

結論:

抗悪性腫瘍剤の滲出の予防と管理に関する科学的根拠に基づいたプロトコルを実施することは、患者の安全と看護スタッフのサポートを提供するために最も重要である。

CONCLUSIONS: the implementation of protocols based on scientific evidence on prevention and management of extravasation of antineoplastic agents is paramount in order to provide patient safety and support to the nursing staff.
