抄録

背景:

イベルメクチンは、一部の国では高い効果が証明されているが、エチオピアでは単回投与（200×3BC;g/kg）での効果が証明されていない。しかし，エチオピアでは単回投与（200μg/kg）での有効性が証明されていない。

Background: Ivermectin has been proven to be highly effective against in some countries. However, its single dose (200 μg/kg) efficacy has not been proven up until now in Ethiopia.

目的:

本研究は，イベルメクチンの単回投与による学童感染症に対する有効性を検討することを目的としたものである。

Objective: This study aimed to evaluate the efficacy of single dose ivermectin against infection among school children.

方法:

844名の学童の間で2019年4月から2019年12月までに便サンプルを収集し、フォルモールエーテル濃度、自発管沈降、バーマン濃度、寒天プレート技術でスクリーニングした。単回経口投与（200μg/kg）のイベルメクチンを101-感染した生徒に投与し、2週間後に92名の生徒に治療後診断を行った。

Methods: Stool sample was collected from April 2019 to December 2019 among 844 school children and screened by formol ether concentration, spontaneous tube sedimentation, Baermann concentration, and agar plate techniques. Single oral dose (200 μg/kg) ivermectin was given to 101 -infected student and posttreatment diagnosis was done for 92 students after 2 weeks.

結果:

イベルメクチン治療を受けた全感染者92名のうち87名が陰性であり，治癒率は94.6％であった．イベルメクチンの副作用は観察されなかった。

Results: Of the total 92 -infected students who took ivermectin treatment, 87 were negative with cure rate of 94.6%. No side effect of ivermectin was observed.

結論:

単回投与のイベルメクチンは慢性ストロンギロイジア症に対して有効な投与量である。

Conclusion: Single dose ivermectin is an effective dose in uncomplicated chronic strongyloidiasis.
