抄録

ABSTACTA 伝統的な漢方薬であるL.の植物全体を化学的に調べた結果、1,10分割骨格を持つ6つのグアイアノライド型セスキテルペノイドを発見した。UV、IR、MS、NMR、ECDデータの広範な解析により、新規化合物の構造を確立した。化合物は4つの不斉中心を持つ相互に立体異性体であり、ECDスペクトルの比較によりその絶対配置を決定した。これらの化合物のリポ多糖類（LPS）誘発性一酸化窒素（NO）に対する抗炎症作用をRAW 264.7細胞を用いて調べた。その結果，ほとんどの化合物がNO産生抑制作用を示し，IC値は3.54～8.17Mであった。

ABSTACTA chemical investigation of the whole plant of traditional Chinese medicine, L., led to the discovery of six guaianolide-type sesquiterpenoids with a 1,10-splited skeleton. The structure of the new compound was established by extensive analysis of UV, IR, MS, NMR and ECD data. Compounds are mutually stereoisomers with four chiral centers and their absolute configurations were determined by comparison of ECD spectra. The anti-inflammatory effects of these isolates on lipopolysaccharide (LPS)-induced nitric oxide (NO) were investigated in RAW 264.7 cells. Results showed that most of the compounds displayed NO production inhibitory activities with IC values ranged from 3.54 to 8.17 M.
