まず最初に、本論文にコメントをいただき、本当にありがとうございました。肝移植（LT）、特にリビングドナー肝移植（LDLT）における門脈流量変調は、議論の余地のある未解決の問題の一つであるため、この問題について議論させていただくことになりました。

First of all, we really appreciate for the comment to our article. Since the portal flow modulation during liver transplantation (LT), especially in living donor liver transplantation (LDLT), is one of the unsolved problems left to be argued, we are very pleased to discuss this issue.
