抄録

77歳のヌルグラビダは、切迫性尿失禁（UUI）、再発性ストレス性尿失禁（SUI）、および硬化性苔癬（LS）の治療のために9年間当院の常連患者であった。病歴は病的肥満が最も多く，BMI（体重をキログラムで割ったものを身長の2乗で割ったもの）が51であった。特筆すべきは，慢性閉塞性肺疾患，高血圧症，肺高血圧症，閉塞性睡眠時無呼吸症を併発していたことである。また、30年前に腹部子宮摘出術を受けていた。

A 77-year-old nulligravida had been a regular patient in our practice for 9 years for treatment of urgency urinary incontinence (UUI), recurrent stress urinary incontinence (SUI), and lichen sclerosus (LS). The patient's medical history was most significant for morbid obesity with a body mass index (BMI, calculated as weight in kilograms divided by the square of height in meters) of 51. Notably, the patient also had chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, hypertension, pulmonary hypertension, and obstructive sleep apnea. She also had an abdominal hysterectomy 30 years prior.
