抄録

"Klug entscheiden"は、医療における供給過剰と供給不足の問題に取り組んでいます。アメリカのモデル「Choosing wisely」に倣い、すべての内科学会の学際的なチームが、適応症の質を向上させるためのエビデンスに基づいた推奨事項を開発しています。ガイドラインとは対照的に、このイニシアチブは包括的な医学的勧告を提供するのではなく、医療に特に関連性の高い問題に焦点を当てています。また、医師と患者とのコミュニケーションだけでなく、医療資源の責任ある賢明な使用についての国民的な議論を促進することを目的としています。

"Klug entscheiden" addresses the problem of over- and undersupply in medicine. Following the American model "Choosing wisely" an interdisciplinary team of all internal medicine societies develops evidence-based recommendations to improve the quality of indications. In contrast to guidelines, the initiative does not provide comprehensive medical recommendations, but focuses on problems that are particularly relevant to health care. In addition, it is intended to promote communication between doctors and patients, but also the national debate on the responsible and sensible use of medical resources.

"Klugを選択する"は、医療における過多・過疎化の問題を表しています。アメリカでは、"賢明な選択"というテーマのもと、すべての国際的な組織間のチームが、医療の質を向上させるために必要な経験を証明するためのアドバイスを提供しています。このイニシアティブは、医学的な観点から見た場合、非常に重要な問題が表面に現れています。さらに、患者とのコミュニケーションのために、医療資源との関係性を高めるために、医療者と患者の関係性とネットワークの関係性についての全国的な議論が行われています。

„Klug entscheiden“ adressiert das Problem der Über- und Unterversorgung in der Medizin. Nach dem amerikanischen Vorbild „Choosing wisely“ erarbeitet ein interdisziplinäres Team aller internistischen Fachgesellschaften evidenzbasierte Empfehlungen, die die Indikationsqualität verbessern sollen. Die Initiative gibt, anders als Leitlinien, keine medizinisch umfassenden Empfehlungen, sondern stellt besonders versorgungsrelevante Probleme in den Vordergrund. Darüber hinaus soll sie die Kommunikation zwischen Arzt und Patient, aber auch die nationale Debatte über einen verantwortlichen und sinnvollen Umgang mit medizinischen Ressourcen fördern.
