序論:

付加価値薬局サービス（VAPS）とは、医薬品の調剤や専門的な相談を含まない従来の薬局活動に付加的なサービスを提供することです。これらのサービスは、医療制度のコスト削減効果があり、医療従事者としての薬剤師の業務に付加価値を与えるものである。

INTRODUCTION: Value-added pharmacy services (VAPS) are additional services to the traditional pharmacy activities, which do not in-clude dispensing of medicinal products and professional consultation. These services have cost reduction effect on the healthcare system and add value to the work of the pharmacist as a healthcare professional.

研究の目的:

ブルガリアにおける付加価値の高い薬局サービス（VAPS）の報酬に対する薬剤師の態度と期待を評価すること。

AIM: To assess the pharmacists' attitudes and expectations towards the remuneration of value-added pharmacy services (VAPS) in Bulgaria.

材料と方法:

2018年8月から2018年10月にかけて、地域薬局に勤務する薬剤師を対象とした横断的調査を実施した。ウェブベースの15項目の質問紙を作成した。アンケートはブルガリア薬剤師組合の全組合員（n=5165）に配布した。23枚のアンケート用紙に記入して返送した（回答率4.5%）。データはSPSS v. 24.0で処理した。

MATERIALS AND METHODS: A cross-sectional study including pharmacists working in community pharmacies was carried out between August 2018 and October 2018. A web-based 15-item questionnaire was developed. The questionnaire was distributed to all members of the Bulgarian Pharmaceutical Union (n=5165). Two hundred thirty-three questionnaires were filled in and returned (response rate of 4.5%). Data were processed by SPSS v. 24.0.

結果:

ブルガリアのコミュニティ薬局の51％以上がVAPSを実施しており、主に血圧測定（67.4％）と血糖値測定（12.9％）を実施している。3分の2以上の薬剤師が血圧測定の報酬を請求することは無関係だと考えている。反対の意見を持つ人の約30.5％が、請求する報酬は2.56ユーロを超えてはならないと提案した。再回答者の44％以上が、血糖測定の報酬を同額より高くすべきではないと提案した。薬局での注射やインフルエンザ予防接種の報酬料を徴収することについては、ほとんどの薬剤師（98.3％）が支持していた。

RESULTS: Over 51% of the community pharmacies in Bulgaria offer VAPS, mainly measuring blood pressure (67.4%) and blood glucose (12.9%). Over two-thirds of the pharmacists considered charging a remuneration fee for blood pressure measurement irrelevant. About 30.5% of those who held the opposite opinion proposed that the fee charged should not be higher than EUR 2.56. Over 44% of the re-spondents proposed that the fee for blood glucose measurement should not be higher than the same amount. Most pharmacists (98.3%) supported the idea of charging a remuneration fee for injections and influenza vaccination in a pharmacy.

結論:

調査の結果、ブルガリアの薬剤師は付加価値薬局サービス（VAPS）を提供する準備ができているが、サービスのための追加報酬を提供すべきであることが示された。

CONCLUSION: The study shows that pharmacists in Bulgaria are ready to offer VAPS, but additional remuneration for the services should be provided.
