抄録

術中救急は稀なケースではあるが、COVID-19感染者を含む術中救急のためのエビデンスに基づいたガイダンスを開発する必要がある。私たちの大学病院では、学際的なチームを編成し、COVID-19感染が疑われる患者の安全性を確保し、医療従事者の被ばくを抑えるために、（個人のパフォーマンスではなく）システムの改善に焦点を当てた術中緊急時のワークフローを検討し、適応化しました。

Although intraoperative emergencies are uncommon, we need to develop evidence-informed and contextualized guidance for intraoperative emergencies involving patients with COVID-19. At our academic pediatric hospital, we assembled a multi-disciplinary team to examine and adapt intraoperative emergency workflows to ensure safety for patients with suspected COVID-19 infection, and limit exposure for healthcare providers, with a focus on system improvement (rather than individual performance).
