注入可能なレジン複合修復テクニック：症例報告

The injectable resin composite restorative technique: A case report.

抄録

目的:

不規則な歯の解剖学的構造に関連した審美的問題を有する臨床症例において、流動性レジン材料を用いた注入型レジンコンポジットレストレーションテクニックの使用法を説明すること。

OBJECTIVE: To describe the use of the injectable resin composite restorative technique with a flowable resin material, in a clinical case with esthetic problems associated with irregular tooth anatomies, allied with a finishing, and polishing protocol due to staining after 1 year of use.

臨床的考察:

本症例では、前回のワックスアップに基づき、適切な幅のプロポーションで審美性の高い修復物を即時製作することができた。1年間の使用後、修復物は着色を示した。したがって、許容できる審美的な結果を再達成し、修復物の生存期間を延ばすために、仕上げと研磨の処置が必要であった。

CLINICAL CONSIDERATIONS: The presented case report helped to achieve an immediate highly esthetic restoration with appropriate width proportions based on a previous wax-up. After 1 year of use, restorations presented staining; therefore, finishing and polishing procedures were required to re-achieve acceptable esthetic results and thus increase restoration's survival.

結論:

本テクニックの使用により、シンプルで予測可能なワークフローを得ることができた。しかし、流動性レジン材料の本質的な特性により、修復物のフォローアップには注意が必要である。

CONCLUSIONS: The use of the presented technique allowed to obtain a simple and predictable workflow; however, care must be taken on the follow up of the restorations due to intrinsic characteristics of the flowable resin material.

臨床的意義:

提示された注入可能なテクニックの使用は、診断用ワックスアップを再現した精密な解剖学的構造を得ることに役立ち、その結果、マージナル精度が向上し、高度に審美的かつ機能的な即時結果を得ることができ、適切に計画され実行された場合には、容易なワークフローを実現することができた。しかしながら、1年間の使用のみでは色調の安定性が低く、経時的なメインテナンスに関して臨床家の注意が必要であった。

CLINICAL SIGNIFICANCE: The use of the presented injectable technique helped on obtaining a precise anatomy replicating a diagnostic wax-up, thus improving marginal precision and achieving a highly esthetic and functional immediate outcome, with an easy workflow when appropriately planned and executed. However, it also presented low color stability after 1 year of use only, thus, requiring attention from clinicians in regard to its maintenance over time.
