卵管の成熟嚢胞性奇形腫：症例シリーズ

Mature Cystic Teratoma at Fallopian Tubes: A Case Series.

卵管の良性腫瘍はまれである。奇形腫は卵巣に最も頻繁にみられ、卵管奇形腫は極めてまれである。現在までに約70例が報告されているが、そのほとんどは偶然発見されたものである。ここでは卵管奇形腫の2症例を紹介する。最初の症例は、右卵巣デルモイドで4年間妊娠できなかった女性である。彼女は腹腔鏡下膀胱摘出術で管理されていたが、左卵管の辺縁端に小さな奇形腫様病変があることが判明した。2例目は、選択帝王切開術を受けた女性で、右卵管に奇形腫様病変を認めた。両症例の病理組織学的所見は、成熟嚢胞性奇形腫であった。これらの症例は、骨盤内臓器に原発巣以外の病変がないか注意深く検査する必要性を示唆している。

UNLABELLED: Benign tumors of the fallopian tube are uncommon. Teratomas are most frequently found in the ovary and fallopian tube teratoma is extremely rare. To date, around 70 cases have been described, and most of them were discovered by chance. Here we present two cases of fallopian tube dermoid cyst. The first case is of a woman who was unable to conceive for 4 years with a right ovarian dermoid. She was managed with laparoscopic cystectomy when she was found to have a small teratoma-like lesion at the fimbrial end of the left fallopian tube. The second case is of a female who underwent elective caesarian section and was found to have a teratoma-like lesion at the right fallopian tube. Histopathology of both cases were reported as mature cystic teratoma. These cases suggest the need for careful examination of the pelvic organs for other pathology apart from the primary surgical sites.
